Adult ADHD: Improving Outcomes through Rapid Cycle Performance Improvement
Rapid Cycle Performance Improvement (RCPI) is a framework for continually assessing your professional processes and outcomes for efficiency and effectiveness using evidence-based measures. This course will discuss concrete practice tools and resources for implementing an improvement plan into your practice. Using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model, this course will illustrate how to implement and measure change in your practice and will focus specifically on evidence-based measures and an implementation plan for improving care for adult patients with ADHD.
